Regina Freewheel Modification

Against the advice of my LBS, I want to start modifing freewheels with different cogs. I can't find the exact stock set-up so I am willing to buy a few and mix & match to my ideal set up. I have a couple of questions, please refer to the picture below as a reference.

Can I remove the type 7 cog from the type 6 cog without removing the inner lock ring? From the picture it looks like a couple of chain whips would do the job. If that is the case, clockwise or counter-clockwise?

Although the picture doesn't show it, the two type 3 cogs are separate, it is not one u-shaped double cog (at least I don't think it is). Again, can I remove that without disassembling the whole freewheel? If yes, chainwhips again and clockwise or counter-clockwise?

Actually, it looks like I can remove all of the cogs without ever dealing with the inner bearings and pawls. Please educate me before I ruin too many freewheels.
