I've been meaning to photocopy my driver's license or university ID and put it into my bike bag, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I do have my Wisconsin rail trail license on me and that has my name & address on it. That should be sufficient.
You might want to add a copy of your insurance card to your bike bag. Unfortunately I've needed mine on a couple bike rides
