Can I convert my 7 speed cassette to an 8 speed so that I can get rid of the down tube shifters and put on sti's? Will the 8 speed fit on my 7 speed hub? Same chain? Don't really need anymore gears just want the shifter upgrade. This is on a Cannondale Tandem. Thanks, Jeff
