What sort of recourse do I have with this? Can I just drag the little munchkin back to his idiot parents and scream at them until I'm blue in the face? Or do I snipe the little git and grab the phone, promising to give it back IF, and ONLY IF, they promise to come to a complete stop, dismount and then proceed to chat with their flavour of the month floozy?

This is disgusting, and a sign that the American culture is even more poisoned than I originally thought...maybe I should take the job offer in Kenya...
