What is your real objective?

Moxfyre gave the delux, high dollar answer. If it was my bike, that's probably what I would do. It's not cost effective. It may involve modifying your frame's rear triangle and, if you buy everything at regular retail, might cost almost as much as a whole new bike.

Cs1 gave the intermediate answer. $160 regular retail for the parts plus new handlebar tape and you're good-to-go.

If all that you want to do is get your shifters up off of the down tube a set of barcons or Kelly Take Offs may do you for a lot ess money.
