Yep - I actually live a bit above your old house. Do the same thing too- sometimes I drive somewhere just to do a flat ride!

Used to work down on Union and my ride was 5minutes down without turning the pedals over if I didn't want to and anywhere from 12 minutes to 30 home depending on how I felt and what the weather was like!
