Apart from the obvious: eat less and exercsie more, I get best results when I cut right down on fat intake. You may already know that an ounce of fat has 2.2 times the calories of an ounce of carbohydrate or protein, therefore it's the easiest way to cut your energy intake.
Most people are unaware of all the fat they eat, so try to analyze what you're eating
so you can find the hidden fats.
