I'm 5'11 and 149lbs, sometimes as low as 146. Should I gain weight (muscle?)? I used to be 170lb and I was always at the back of the pack...now, I'm a little faster with my lighter weight.
Those weights aren't the best representation of their build make up/profile/whatever. Yea they were a little bit bigger then what you think a normal cyclist would weigh, however, most of that weight is distributed in their legs. Alot of those guys look like skeletons waist up. There legs however resemble tree trunks.
