Buy it now. It probably gone. I bought a Piaggio last week. no complaints. I also own a Premio I think its later 80s because of its aero bars. Mine is cromo double butted ride and handles like an expensive bike. From the picture it looks like a small frame. Even if it doesnt fit he is throwing in extras. What can you buy these days at a bike shop for $60 bucks? Go for it. Its a no brainer, you cant loose. Good luck
