just got back from 21 flat miles....and the screaming 15-20+mph wind we've had for the past week seems to have settled down to a nice 5-10mph breeze...first ride since the hotter n hell that my knees didn't hurt(I found out my seat was quite a bit to low)....focused on keeping my cadence up(that's 85-90 for me)...and came in with a 17.35mph average...felt darn good!!....I really am enjoying this sport, and so is my waistline!!:
