UPDATE: I sent my "counter offer" and it was politely declined.

So I submitted another offer. I'm waiting to see the reply to that.

The seller DOES seem legit, I'm just trying to get a "bike fix" for as little as possible.

I guess that's the reason my wife calls me a bike "junkie"! (slapping my forearm sound)
