Anyway, I did bear mountain solo. I had intended to meet up with Slvoid, but figured I'd sleep another hour, then do Bear Mountain, yet still get home before he would!
That was Sat.
Just yesterday I went and jumped on my freshly built up steel Ciocc and took the long way Alex mapped out to head out to my Aunts BBQ. They live out in Rockland county, on Laurel road, one turn right off the route. I never did the mountain climb, but really hammered out there knowing I not only had a free ride home in some motorized transportation, but some tasty ribs, burgers and dogs too!
6 gaps is only as organized as we can make it.... its just whoever we can get together to go.
Definitely a car trip... about a 6 hour drive from the city. The plan is to drive up saturday evening, ride sunday (Sept 30), and drive back sunday night.
Don't know where we're staying. Don't know how many are going. Don't know much yet, other than that we're going to do it on that date.
