That sounds good but really not necessary. A lot of people come across a good deal on a frame so they buy it. Then when they get some more money or they find a good deal on a fork they will get it, same goes for brakes, derailleurs, etc. I know I recently ordered a new frame and didn't decide on a fork until almost an hour later.
