"high school science fair" leaves alot of open territory. What are you studying? You could do something like experimenting with rolling resistance of tires, a few kinds, a few pressures, go to the top of a hill and roll down measuring distance and time to come to a complete stop to see if there is a correlation with the different pressures and different tires.
