That's a pretty broad statement. I would say that someone who doesn't realize they are capable of deciding not to overreact
may have problems at some point in their life with self-control.

Here's something for you to consider, while we're commenting on one another's character: there's a difference between serenity and passive-aggressiveness. Don't make the mistake of labeling something as the former when what you're really talking about is the latter.
The issue would not be whether
someone is at peace or passive agressive, but whether or not
someone realizes they are passive agressive and then chooses to be so.
