That's one of the main reasons I want to move on from being a bike courier. I want to do more pleasureable riding in nice countryside, maybe even some racing etc. After riding around all week I'd be pretty sick of my bike by the weekend (not to mention tired). I will miss being outside and running into friends all day... I won't miss being financially fecked every time I get injured though. I guess every job has its 'dirty dishes' and it's nice to change things once in a while.
