thats pretty crazy. i thing is i already have trouble hydrating, i will go out with 3 liters of water for three hours, come back later shirt, bandana, helmet, pants, everything soking wet, and still have a liter of water left. then the headache comes. I guess i just have to hyrdrate better during the way.
