While I was out and about in Portland tonight (for the first time in ages), I saw so many improperly locked bikes, but I never thought to steal anything, not once!

Also, I like the construction barricades next to the Roseland that say "Do not park, lean, or lock bikes up to the barricade," but, when you look at the barricade, there are about fifty (50) bikes locked up to it.
