Did the bike shop you got it from give you a users manual for the fork? some do and some don't... and some don't even have them. You could go to the manufacturers website and see if a download of the manual is available. It *should* have everyhting in there that you want to know, and a few things that you need to know.
I'm not familiar with that fork, but the ones I am familiar with require little to no maintainence other than keeping them fairly clean and making sure the outer seals are in good order, but these are low end forks (Marzoochi EXR Pro Air for example).
