I kinda feel your pain. The night before a race I was all amped up for (Jiminy Peak Road Race), I woke up at 2 a.m. and realized I was dehydrated as all hell when I went to the bathroom and was peeing dark yellow. Stupid mistake.

Ah well....always next year.
