I am not a troll. I have noticed all my life that people who do long distance cardio look haggard, frail, unhealthy, older than their years, unnatractive, and have bad skin. At the same time I have noticed that people who do anaerobic type sports i.e. martial arts, sprinting, tennis, swimming, weight training etc to be more vibrant and have better builds.

My uncle just turned 50 and people mistake him for late 30's daily. He has been distance riding since he was a teenager and frequently does 200+ mile events.
I gained 10 lb the first month of my marriage (lots of good food on the honeymoon), and lost it all the next month by riding 3 times a week for at least 1 hour.
There may be truth to your posts, but there are PLENTY of exceptions.
