The Keo sprints are fine, and relatively cheap from PBK at something around $75, no tax and free shipping. The cleats wear a bit quickly, so make sure you get covers and use them for walking around. The gray ones have 4.5 degree float. which is enough for my tastes.

I'm going to see if my lbs back home will match price of online pbk. If he doesn't (it is really really low) I'll order the shoes and a trainer from him when I head back.

Also, how are the 105 spd-sls? Is there a huge difference between them and the ultegras? I ask because 105 is supposed to be the best bang for buck performance group for anything and everything, without too much of a difference in performance to ultegra (hence ultegra ice). Just wondering if that applies to the pedals as well. I'd like to have the more durable cleats if possible.
