I cracked one of the seatstays on my 2005 Lemond Versailles and swapped the parts onto the 2007 Buenos Aires frame. I would like to put on a new wheelset and switch to a compact drivetrain (the front derailleur is much trouble), but finances make that somewhat of a dream.
This picture is on a causeway over part of Lake Champlain on a four day ride from Ottawa to Maine.
