Hi,

I just received a brand new 2005 Highway One bike and noticed that it seems to be missing 2 ring-like parts around the crank. Is this normal for road bikes or am I missing the two ring-like parts (what are they called BTW). Picture follows:



The wheels also arrived scratched up in numerous places and the shipping box is in decent condition so I don't think they were damaged during shipping. Picture below:



The rear derailleur also arrived with part of paint worn off and is a bit dusty. Picture follows:



What are my options and best course of action at this point?

I have also just contacted Marin and Sierratradingpost.com (where I bought the bike) via email.
