Anyone try slotted old-school shoes with their MKS Sylvan
pedals--someone told me that the Sylvans will take
slotted cleats.

I had to switch to some old egg beaters for roller riding--
the sylvans hurt while riding on rollers in street shoes. I'd rather
have pedals with toe clips for all-around use.
