These were only available on the lower models in 07. The Pro and up had already changed designs last year. With "trickle down technology" the whole line-up is without those now.
Kinda odd that those would be in the low end models. With the rear wheel arched into the frame it looked more aero to me. You think they'd just use the same molds from the high end models in the low end ones if they were meant to be cheaper. I don't know.
