My friend is a chemical engineer, and he says that commercially pure (CP) titanium isn't magnetic, as it doesn't have enough iron in the mixture. He says there are forms/mixes of titanium that would probably have enough iron to be magnetic... So a TI bike might have a very slight magnetic property, depends on the quality/form.
