I'm ****ed because I bought a frame, seatpost, and wheel on eBay for $188?

I'm a ****up because I desire a tubular disk for under $200?

It has vertical dropouts, I'm replacing with horizontal (EDIT: track) so I can make it into a track bike and use it at the velodrome. Don't plan on riding it on the street much, so no need for braze ons.

The guy hasn't given me a shipping price yet.

EDIT: $35
