Motorcycle racers put there knee down for feel and sometimes to save from losing the front. Motorcycle tires are triangular in shape to allow for a high degree of lean angle. Bicycle tires are round to allow for better rolling resistance. As someone who does both I would have to say no(You can't drag a knee on a road bike). other reasons would be size of contact patch, rubber compounds, and most of all road bicycles are just plain too tall.

Me: entering second apex on a double apex corner at California Speedway.
