One quick note I just remembered about this route for those who haven't done it. It looks like mostly the same route as in years past and there's a left turn about a quarter way down a pretty decent size hill. I think it's that left onto County Road CC around the 16 mile mark. Miss the turn and you're in for a fun downhill, but not so much of a fun ascent back up. I've seen people miss or nearly miss that intersection almost every time I've ridden.

Of course, if you're up for hill repeats, that's a good one.
