I know it's all apples and oranges, but this is a goofy statement. Lance was seven for seven between 1999 and 2005. You could argue that Lance focused solely on TdF, but you could equally argue that Nys competes in a small niche sport. Lance is a better comparison with Tiger because, like Tiger, he singlehandedly rescued an entire industry (i.e. road bike boom).
