the stock freewheel that it comes with is removed, replaced with 17t dura ace cog
rear hub
pedals
bars
brake levers
seat (the specialized seat HAS TO GO, its horrible)
seatpost
stem
both tires
and soon enough i'm gonna need a new bottom bracket, getting some strange noises from down there.
