The frame looks to be pre-1980 on the basis of the total absence of braze-ons, except for derailleur cable runs. However, the derailleurs are early 1980s. It looks like we have to assume that the majority of parts are replacements. About the only part for which we have reasonable assumption of originality is the Fuji stem. Check for a date code it.
