soon all you'll need to replace is the frame...just kidding.
i like mine. so far have replaced:
back wheel and hub due to damage to original hub
drops for bull horns for personal aesthetic reasons

want to replace:
saddle-for something more comfortable
stem-for something shorter
bars-for something more compact

everything else i can deal with til they break
