Are you sure it isn't 40%-60% grade instead? That would make a lot more sense. 60% grade is just over 30 degrees.
Considering the
steepest street in the world is at a 35% grade (19 degrees), I think it's safe to say that there is no paved road that's anywhere close to 30 degrees.
