well, i have kinda raced the RS. not that i won any. but i did feel good about it.

my other ride is a Specialized Roubaix Elite 06 and personally I prefer the RS. the RS is a lot livelier and lighter. the Roubaix now feels a bit sluggish (it felt great when there was nothing to compare it with). the two bikes are set up differently - standard cranks on the RS, compact on the Roubaix. the idea was to use the Roubaix as my mountain goat bike. anyway, I can't wait for the new ZX3 to arrive. it will be set up with a compact crank and will replace the Roubaix as the mountain goat bike.
