To build or not to build

I have aquired another frame. This is getting to be to many frames and the question arises, Should I build this one up or let it hang on the wall? This building of frames is getting costly.

I have not really investigated if when built, a frame is devalued or not. Would I ride it? Just a few times a year when it is dry outside. I like riding the older steel, but can't on group rides because I need the advantage of a lighter frame to stay up with the guys. Yes, the weight makes a differece for me. I have a bike made out of every material available and find that some are just to heavy for me to keep up with at my present abilities.

Oh, what is it? It is a 70s' hetchens. Looks to be a regular model. Not like my Magnam Opus, this one has straight chain stays and ordinary lugs. Paint is original however and it does not look as if has been built befor.

How do you display your frames at home?
