Not falling off, but the ****ty bolts that came on my Pista would come loose every once in a while. They were also so poorly machined I couldn't even get a chainring bolt tool to work with them.

I replaced them with a much better set from the LBS, and they've been fine since.
Just get some new bolts. They're $5 or less, I think.
