Old fashioned (hook-shaped) lockring tool and a pin spanner. I don't know if you can find the cool tools that have a lockring tool on one end and that skinny box wrench thing on the other side for the fixed cup, but a regular adjustable wrench will do the trick.

On the subject, though, given that you don't know too much about bottom brackets, are you sure you want to be installing one that nice by yourself? Don't those things cost like $100? It's always a good time to learn, but, you know, well...anyway, have somebody with you or read up extensively.
