Crankset numbers what do they mean?
newbie question....
im bit confused on crankset combination #s....
for example i notice some mountain bikes have a CS # set of 22/32/42T and why is in reverse? from low to high?
now on one comfort bike has a 44/32/22T and another with 48/38/28T
now most hybrids have a 48/38/28T....
does it mean that the 48/38/28T has more torque? and goes faster from the three....
and is 44/32/22T a good number for a bike? please advise...appreciate the info
