Yesterday, I changed my breakfast. I had a smoothie with soy milk (yogurt would probably work the same), protein powder (15g protein, total), apple juice, a banana, and frozen berries plus two pieces of toast. Maybe there's another reason, but I had a ton more energy on my ride into work.
Hate to break it to you, but any breakfast that doesn't have a burrito is not a "power breakfast".
