Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Try acetone and use more of it. I was able to remove decals from my '05 vintage Firenza with acetone but it took a real soaking and a lot of rubbing.
