Motorcycle officers sit in the shade under the bridge between Miramar Road and entrance to the 163 freeway. I've witnessed officers walk out to the middle of the road, put his hand up and pull cars over which is a very dangerous thing to do since 2 bicyclists have been killed there within the past 3 years. The speed limit on this road is 65mph!
