Since you are looking only at wireless, the Mavic wintec would meet your needs. The mount is done via replacing the skewer on the front wheel rather than a fork mount. The cadence is an additional purchase, but it is also wireless. I have used mine for over 800 miles in rain/wind and under powerlines from the tiny lines from street to house to the mega-voltage lines in the country. I use it with my wireless HRM also. I've never had signal problems nor crosstalk with the HRM. Still, I suggest the astrale 8 over the mavic, but it is wired.
