How do they measure the diameter of handlebars? Stock 94 Bridgestone RB1
I need a new stem as the 130mm length is a bit long for me.Pretty sure I need a 100-110mm stem.
Trouble is that I don't know exactly what diameter I'm looking for.
How do they measure the diameter.Do ya just lay a tape measure across it and measure or do you need to wrap something around the circumference to measure?
