Personally I like the WeatherBug I got with the new version of AIM. Provides me with weather alerts even when I'm visiting other sites. I prefer the one in the AIM bundle as opposed to the one that WeatherBug offers on their site. Under the "Additional Forecasts & Information there is a "Hourly Weather Graph" link. It's not perfect, but does help me to plan some rides. I don't know how well other areas are covered though.
