okay, be fair. if the loctite fails the hub isn't going to 'come apart'. the cog is going to spin off. now, that's bad, but it's not busted-cone-nuts-and-ball-bearings-all-over-the-road bad.

besides, done properly, a loctite job should never fail. that stuff is tough. i strongly suspect that when people have loctite problems it's because they didn't degrease the threads before squirting the loctite on.
