Any Track Bike Riders In Japan???

Ive been living in Japan for the past 3 years and have found it extremely difficult to find any decent bike shops here that sell anything track related.

Everybody rides bikes in this country but the bikes they ride are these crap $100 girl bikes that are basically rolling scrap metal. Anyway, the bike shops in this country cater to these type of bikes and the pro-shops here basically dont know squat about track bikes. Does anyone know of a track bike friendly shop around Tokyo?

PS- I once took my rear wheel (a converted Shimano 540 road wheel with the Surly track adaptor) to a bike mechanic to remove my rear cog and the mechanic refused to even try to take it off since he was unfamiliar with this set-up, is this sad or what? I had to order 2 chain whips from the States to take off a freaking cog!
