You know, it's funny but I just can't get my brain around all the pre-built, multi-hundred dollar wheels that are out there now (like the fulcrums, etc...). I tried a pair of the XRP Pro's, and I guess they ride "ok", but I just tend to lean toward an nice set of hand-built wheels with box rims. This being the case, I built up a pair of Campy Omega Strada rims to a set of 9 speed Campy hubs, 32 hole, 3 cross of course
I've got them hanging in the garage waiting for my new frame. It's always what I've ridden on, and maybe it's just me, but they just "ride better".
