Superba apparently IS an Italian bicycle brand, but I've never seen one (and not a tubing brand). You might post a query to Lou Deeter at loudeeter@aol.com He has a compilation of hundreds of bicycle brands but he's a busy man and also sells his Used Bike Buyer's Guide so might not be eager to give away info for free.
